Hi, I’m Tonya, the owner of Hoopes Events, an International destination wedding planning company and Wedding Wisdom. Over the last 12 years my team has planned many different and unique weddings and events. We love planning all different types of weddings, be it a traditional American wedding, a South Asian Wedding, a Persian Wedding, a Jewish Wedding, or really any type of wedding.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful couples and their family and friends. Throughout that time we have also seen and dealt with many different questions, helped our clients make decisions and solved wedding day challenges. We have had our share of success and made some mistakes along the way,
I also know that wedding planning can feel overwhelming sometimes, not knowing where to begin can cause the couple stress and sometimes create tense family relations. You will be offered so much advice, some good and some not so good. I believe every single couple deserves to have a wonderful wedding. Wedding Planning should not be stressful, it should be fun and represent you as a couple. For this reason I decided to start a blog called Wedding Wisdom. I will share tips I have learned over the years. I will share experiences, good and bad. I will give you advice (hopefully all good), to help you throughout the planning process.
I also know it is not always realistic for everyone to have a wedding planner, for this reason I have also created tools to help every couple create their dream wedding. While these tools do have a fee associated with them I have tried to keep the cost where everyone can access them, the luxury package gives you direct access to me. I will create your personalized wedding planning timeline, your day of vendor timeline and your wedding party timeline, we will have several one on one calls, you will have 12 months of access to our monthly wedding planning group zoom calls.
