5. Honeymoon Tips

  • Best Time to Go: The best time for a Hawaiian honeymoon is generally from April to October when the weather is warm and sunny. However, it’s also the peak tourist season, so expect higher prices and more crowds. For a quieter experience, consider the off-season months: March, November, or early December). I have been in late November and early December and it was great weather.

  • Pack for the Weather: Hawaii is warm year-round, but temperatures can vary depending on the island and altitude. Bring light, breathable clothing, swimwear, and sunscreen. If you're hiking or visiting volcanoes, pack hiking shoes and a light jacket. It does have light rain nearly every day so just plan on making that a part of the charm of the island because it usually doesn’t last long.

  • Book Early: To secure the best spots for activities like helicopter tours or private dining, it’s a good idea to book in advance, especially for popular experiences.
